摘要：监督基金管理公司和基金的合法、合规经营是我国基金管理公司监事制度的重要功能之一,而监事制度的结构是决定其功能的核心要素。在分析我国基金管理公司监事数量分布的总体情况、年龄构成、学历构成、职称构成和来源构成的现实状况的同时,提出改进我国基金管理公司监事制度结构的对策建议,以期进一步完善我国基金管理公司治理,更好地推动我国基金业的健康发展。
It is one of the important functions of China＇s Fund Management Company＇s Supervisor＇s System to supervise Fund Management Companies and to ensure that their funds operate legally. It is believed that the supervisor＇s system structure is the key element in determining its functions. This paper analyzes the overall situation, age composition, academic credentials, professional titles and personnel source of China＇s Fund Management Company＇s supervisors. Then it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for bettering the system structure, expecting that the fund management company＇s governance will be improved and the sound development of China＇s fund industry will be further propelled.
