摘要：党的二十大提出加快建设农业强国,新农科人才培养是涉农高校建设农业强国的使命担当。文章研究新农科人才培养的着眼点、立足点、坐标点和切入点,涉农高校把握时代性和区域性,根据着眼点和立足点正确定位,科学选择新农科发展路径,解决“培养什么人”问题。从时空维度选定坐标点,从高校层次性、学科属性和产业特性维度选定切入点,突出自身特色,进行新农科人才培养模式创新,解决“怎样培养人”问题。涉农高校新农科人才培养的特色化创新,为建设具有中国特色的农业强国提供人才支撑。
The 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to speed up the building of a strong agriculture,and the cultivation of new agricultural science talents is the fundamental mission of agriculture-related colleges and universities to build a strong agriculture.This research studies the focus,foothold,coordination,and entry points of new agricultural talent cultivation.Colleges and universities involved in agricultural science should grasp the current and regional characteristics,correctly position themselves according to the focus and foothold,scientifically choose the development path of new agricultural science and solve the problem of"what kind of people to cultivate".This study selects coordinate points from the space-time dimension,chooses entry points from the dimensions of university hierarchy,subject attributes,and industrial characteristics,highlights its features,innovates the training mode of new agricultural talents,and solves the problem of"how to train people".Innovating new agricultural science talent cultivation modes in agriculture-related colleges and universities will provide talent support for building a strong agriculture with Chinese characteristics.
