摘要：信用担保机构的风险暴露问题是我国目前经济运行中的一个突出矛盾,导致矛盾产生既有市场约束失效的内在原因,也有制度安排不合理的外在因素,为此要健全监管体系,强化行业监督管理,建立合理银行与担保机构的风险分担机制,健全相关配套制度与措施,才能促使我国的担保业健康发展。
Exposure to credit risk guarantee agency problem is a prominent contradictions in our current economy, leading to contradictions both the underlying causes of the failure of market discipline, there are external factors irrational institutional arrangements, for which is necessary to improve the regulatory system, and strengthen oversight management, the establishment of banks and guarantee agencies reasonable risk-sharing mechanism, improve the supporting system and measures to promote the healthy development of China＇s security industry.
