摘要：马克思主义理论认为城乡关系一般要经历城乡依存、城乡分离和城乡融合三个阶段。我国目前生产力发展水平仍然不高,城乡融合仍面临一系列深层次矛盾和问题。以马克思城乡关系理论为指导,在中国经济新常态下推动城乡一体化发展要以"一带一路"引领开放型区域城乡一体化发展新格局;推进城乡产业深度融合,实现城乡产业一体化;以人为本,实现城乡人民共享改革红利新常态;统筹城乡资源配置,实现城乡公共服务的均等化;提升城镇化质量,实现人与自然的和谐统一。
According to Marxist theory,the relation between urban and rural areas should generally go through three stages： interdependence,separation and integration of urban and rural areas. There are series of contradictions and problems in the integration of rural and urban areas due to the low level of productivity. Under the guidance of theory of urban-rural relations in Marxism,it is necessary to promote the development of the integration of urban and rural areas in the context of new normal of Chinese economy. A new pattern of integration of rural and urban open areas should be developed led by ＂the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road＂. It is still essential to promote the deep integration in order to achieve the integration of urban and rural industries. In addition,people from urban and rural areas should share the reform dividend with people orientation. it is also crucial to arrange the allocation of resources in urban and rural areas to achieve the equalization of urban and rural public services. It is vital to enhance the quality of urbanization in order to achieve harmony and unity between man and nature.
