摘要："一带一路"倡议目标深远广阔,投入巨大,要实时关注其实施的效果,进而展开理论分析,及时调整战略的实施。对古代丝绸之路历史回顾发现,丝绸之路虽因政治外交原因而开,但因商业利益而兴盛。丝绸之路上与经济利益无关的政治外交活动终难长久。2007—2015年,中国与"一带一路"沿线国家的进出口份额呈上升趋势,但过去的3年份额稳定维持,"一带一路"倡议对中国与沿线国家贸易的促进作用尚需解释和观察。基于对沿线62国2015年横截面数据的分析,沿线国家的经济体量是决定与中国进出口总额的首要因素。中国"一带一路"倡议实施的重点在于提高"政策沟通度",大力参与沿线国家基础设施建设,然而就促进中国与沿线国家的贸易来说,这些政策的作用尚不显著。因此,就促进中国与沿线国家的贸易来说,政府与市场要恰当分工。
The initiative goal of the Belt and Road is far-reaching and huge investment,thus,its effect of implementation should be paid real-time attention,further the theoretical analysis should be launched and the strategy should be adjusted timely as well.A historical review of the ancient Silk Road reveals that the silk road is opened for political diplomacy,but it flourishes due to the commercial reason.The political and diplomatic activities that have nothing to do with the economic interests are always not long.From 2007 to 2015,the imports and exports shares of China and countries along the Belt and Road is on the rise,however,the shares has been stable in the past 3 years,and the initiative of the Belt and Road on the national trade growth of China and countries along the Belt and Road remains to be explained and observed.Based on the analysis of cross sectional data of 62 countries along the route in 2015,the economic volume of those countries is the primary factor in determining the total import and export volume with China.The initiative of China＇s ＂the Belt and Road＂ focus on improving the ＂policy communication＂ and energetically participating in the national infrastructure construction of the countries along the route,but the impacts of these policies are not very significant as to promoting the trade between China and those countries.Therefore,in terms of promoting the trade between China and those countries,the government and market should cooperate with each other properly.
