摘要：随着乡镇工业的高速发展 ,河南省乡镇工业所造成的环境污染和生态破坏也日益严重 ,在不少地方 ,已成为制约农村经济可持续发展的重要因素。针对乡镇工业环境问题产生的诸多原因 ,我们认为 ,应从提高地方政府和企业的综合决策能力、强化环保经济手段、加强乡镇工业环境管理、调整产业结构、合理规划布局。
With the Wigh speed development of the small town industry,the pollution of enviroment and ecocide cansed by Henan small town industry is becoming more and more serious,which builds important factors in constramt of the steady development of rural economy. Analysing on the canste of the environment problems in small town industry,we draw the conclusion of further in provemetn in seven espects:the local governments and enterprises should in prove their ability to make comprehensivt decision、to enforce the means of the environment protection;to strengthen the environment management of the small town industry;to adjuqt the industrial structures;to have a rational ditribution of industry;to improve the technical compefence of the enterprists and to enhance the harness of the pollufion.
