摘要：农民专业合作经济组织的发展是解决“三农”问题的重要途径,是新农村建设的重要保证。文章分析了影响农民专业合作经济组织发展的因素有:政府的参与程度、方式与定位;农户的认识程度;内部制度建设;牵头兴办人等。文章提出了促进农民专业合作经济组织发展措施:加强政府的指导和扶持;组织培训,普及合作组织知识,规范农民专业合作组织的运作模式;完善农民专业合作经济组织的内部运行机制;促进人才培养、转移,支持技术研发、引进等。
