摘要：实现教育公平是人们的理想追求与美好愿望。要实现教育公平,其前提和基础就是要实现教育的均衡发展。针对当前我国教育发展中存在的突出问题,必须从教育观念、资源配置、政策导向等方面着力解决,才能促进教育均衡发展,从而为教育公平的实现打下坚实的基础。
Realizing fair education is people＇s ideal pursuits and nice wishes.To realize fair education,the precondition and foundation is to realize balanced development of the education.As to the outstanding issues of China＇s current educational development,we must make efforts to resolve them from aspects such as education concept,resource disposition,policy guidance etc.Only in this way can we promote balanced education development,in order to lay a solid foundation for the accomplishment of fair education.
