摘要：群众性体育服务体系是实现群众体育功能的主要组织形式。在社会主义市场经济条件下构建群众性的体育服务体系,必须遵循群众体育所具有的公益性、产业性和文化性特征。在我国社会转型过程中,应针对不同的问题,建立政府与市场的不同关系模式,根据经济与文化的关系,选择构建群众性体育服务体系的路径。
The service system for mass sports is a major organizing form to realize the functions of mass sports.Building such a service system in socialist marketing conditions has to consider of the common wealth,industrial and cultural characteristics featured in mass sports.Different governmentmarket relation patterns should be built to deal with different problems in the process of social transitions,and proper ways should be selected for the construction of a service system for mass sports according to the relation between economy and culture.
