摘要：优秀的国有企业是指初步建立了现代企业制度 ,在国内同行业中居于龙头地位 ,具有核心竞争优势和强大竞争力的国有企业。它们的经验可以一般地表述为机制灵活、政企分开、战略得当、领导优秀、管理科学、科技创新。这些经验对于指导国有企业改革实践具有重要而现实的价值 ,但也有需要进一步完善的地方。
Excellent state-owned enterprises refer to the companies which have already established modernized mechanism, stood prominently in the domestic circle or gained core competitive advantages. Their successful experience can be concluded as a flexible mechanism, a separation of business from politics, a proper strategy, excellent leadership, scientific management and technological innovation. The experience constitutes an important guidance to the reform of the state-owned enterprises. Meanwhile, there is still some room for perfection in it.
