摘要:汉高祖刘邦作为史载所谓“宽大长者”,虽然不具理性自觉,然而时值秦末之乱季,相对其逐鹿中原的主要对手楚霸王项羽,其行为方式却颇合力主“施仁政于民”的儒家之道。如此体现为其用人术并大获成功者,一在其以“天下同利”而聚集人才,二在其以知人善任而使用人才,三在其以制度文化而羁縻人才。
Liu Bang,Emperor Gaozu of the Western Han Dynasty,is recorded as a“benevolent elder”in historical books.During the turmoil at the end of Qin Dynasty,compared to his rival for the throne,Xiang Yu,King of Chu,he acted in a way that was quite in line with the Confucianism advocating“benevolent government”,though without rational consciousness.This is reflected in his successful use of the talent selection approach.Firstly,he gathered talents with the idea of“the common interest”;secondly,he was good at discovering people's virtue and capability and making full use of them;and thirdly,he knew how to manage the talents with the culture of rules.
