摘要：数据的准确性与可靠性是抽样调查的生命力所在。在实际的抽样工作过程中，人们不仅要控制抽样误差，而且还要控制非抽样误差。本文对登记测量测量误差的影响做出概述，并介绍了两种估计与控制登记测量测量误差的方法。
The accuracy and reliability is the vitality of sample survey. In the actual sampling process, people not only need to control the sampling error, but also the nonsampling error. This paper summarizes the inflection of registration measurement me- asurement error, and introduces two methods of estimating and controling method of registration measurement measurement error.
