摘要：美国是世界上服务业和服务贸易最发达的国家,不但服务贸易总量大,顺差多,服务贸易结构也比较合理。美国的服务贸易起步早,国际竞争力强,有很多方面值得其他国家包括我国借鉴和学习。中国的服务贸易起步发展比较晚,无论总量、结构的合理性和国际竞争力都与美国差距较大,因此研究美国服务贸易的发展策略能给我们带来重要的启示。然而,中美国情不甚相同,在借鉴美国服务贸易发展策略的同时,还必须结合中国的国情,探索出一套适合本国国情的理论和对策。
The United States is the most developed country in the field of trade in services. It has a huge mount of trade, and it has a reasonable trade structure. The United States has a strong international competitiveness in trade in services. China＇s development is late in trade in services. The experience of America can give us an important enlightenment. However, the situation between China and the United States is different. We should explore a set of theory and countermeasures suitable for China.
