摘要：长江三角洲经济一体化的推进,本文认为很重要的一点,是充分发挥非政府组织的作用,特别是行业协会的作用。一方面从其功能来看,它具有传递信息的中介作用,还具有优化产业结构、资源配置和避免重复建设的作用;另一方面从难易程度来看,这类组织目前正处于发育初期,在区域范围内进行重组和调整阻力也较小。因此组建区域性的非政府组织如行业协会,以及其他区域性社会中介组织,使之成为区域经济、社会一体化整合的工具,是长江三角洲经济一体化的制度和组织创新的一个重要突破口。
Nongovernmental organization, especial industrial association, can play important roles in the economic integration in Yangtze Delta. It not only conveys information, but also optimizes industrial structure and resource collocation and avoids overlapping constructions. In addition, these organizations are at the initial stages of developing, their recombination in Yangtze Delta is not difficult. Therefore, setting up regional nongovern- mental organization, such as industrial association, and other intermediary social organizations, is an important breakthrough in system and organization innovation of economic integration in Yangtze Delta.
