摘要：近年来,高校毕业生就业形势的严峻使许多本科会计院校相继采用了就业导向型教育方式。这种教育模式建立在科学发展观的基础上,适应了市场经济的需要,是现阶段一种积极的选择,但其在具体实施过程中也遇到了一定的问题。要矫正就业导向型大学本科会计教育实施过程中的偏差行为,须要从认识误区矫正、职业道德教育和会计教学方式方法改革等方面着手予以解决。
College graduates in recent years,the employment situation of many schools have adopted in the employment oriented the education model.This kind of scientific perspectives on the basis of adaptation to the market economy is necessary at present a positive,but its implementation also encountered some problems.To correct accounting education and employment oriented the implementation process of the act requires that corrective from major traps and ethical education and teaching method of accounting reform in the way to solve them.
