摘要：全球性的金融危机波及世界经济的各个领域。受其影响,2008年下半年以来,世界经济增长速度下降,全球贸易增长放慢,金融危机正逐渐从资本市场和实体经济两个层面对世界经济的发展产生巨大的影响。服务外包产业无法在这场危机中独善其身,它必将同样经历很大的冲击。但同时我们也要看到金融危机给我国服务外包企业带来的机遇,要发挥我国在承接服务外包业务方面的优势,弥补劣势,制定相应的对策,推进我国服务外包产业的迅速发展。
The global financial crisis affects the world＇s economy seriously. Due to its influences, since second half of 2008, the pace of economic growth has been slow down and the global trade amount has been reduced. The financial crisis struck the world＇s economy on capital market and real market. Service outsourcing industry is also facing severe situation, however, the opportunities does also exist. It is necessary to promote service outsourcing industry in China by making use of our advantages and make up for inferior strength.
