摘要：'中部崛起'是继'优先发展东部'、'西部大开发'和'振兴东北'之后的又一战略.中部崛起战略有它的必然性.中部崛起是一个过程,不能一蹴而就.中部的情况不同于东部、西部和东北,中部崛起必须选择适合自己的有特色的道路.
'The growing up of central section' is a strategy after 'eastern development and western development and east-north development' , we must take the strategy and we have a long way to go. It has much difference between central section and the other area, so we should choose a characteristic way fitting us.
