摘要:我国高校教师职称评定标准中长期以来侧重科研的导向,催生了教师职业角色失衡、高等教育功能异化、学术风气不端等一系列问题。以强调响应式构建主义的第四代评估理论,其多元、合作、创建共识等理念对完善我国高校专业教师职称评定体系有重要的借鉴作用,以期优化现有模式的评估内容、实现更合理有效的评估效果,发挥积极的人才激励作用。
For a long time,the evaluation standards for teachers'professional titles in China's colleges and universities have focusedon the orientation of scientific research,resulting in a seriesof problems,such as teachers’imbalanced professional roles,alienated functions of higher education,and academic misconduct.The Fourth Generation Evaluation Theory emphasizes response-based constructivism,and its ideas such as diversity,cooperationand consensus building,is of great significance for improvingthe evaluation system of professional teachers'professionaltitles in China's colleges and universities.Through this paper,the writer hopes to optimize the evaluation content of thecurrent model,achieve a more reasonable and effective evaluationeffect,and give play to the positive role of the theory in stimulatingtalents.
