摘要：目的:编制农民工城市心理融入量表(UPISMW)并检验其效度和信度。方法:确定理论框架,运用专家评分法、预测试建立初始量表。选取在城市务工6个月以上的农民工887名,随机分为样本1(n=468)用于条目分析和探索性因子分析,样本2(n=427)用于验证性因子分析及收敛效度、区别效度分析;随机选取其中50名农民工进行间隔3周的重测。另外选取167名农民工进行效标效度检验,以生活满意度量表(LSS)、多族群认同量表(MEIM-R)作为效标工具。结果:UPISMW共9个条目,包含身份认同、社交认同和社会感知3个因子,总量表及各条目的内容效度指数均在0.90以上,3个因子累计解释总变异量为66.94%;模型拟合度良好(χ^(2)/DF=1.916,RMSEA=0.049,RMR=0.024,GFI=0.976,AGFI=0.952,CFI=0.980,IFI=0.980),3个因子的标准化负荷系数(STD)均在0.60以上,平均方差提取量(AVE)均大于0.50,相关系数95%可信区间不包括1,量表总分及3个因子分与LSS、GSES得分均正相关(ICC=0.56~0.77)。总量表及3个因子的Cronbachα系数为0.83、0.79、0.74、0.74;组成信度(CR)为0.75、0.77、0.75;重测信度为0.98、0.95、0.93、0.96。结论:农民工城市心理融入量表显示有较好的效度和信度。
Objective:To develop and test the validity and reliability of the Urban Psychological Integration Scale for Migrant Workers(UPISMW).Methods:The theoretical framework was determined,and the initial scale was established by expert scoring method and predictive test.Totally 887 migrant workers who had worked in cities for more than 6 months were selected and randomly divided into 2 parts.Sample 1(n=468)was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Sample 2(n=427)was used for confirmatory factor analysis,convergence validity and discriminant validity analysis,and 50 migrant workers were randomly selected from the total sample for 3-week retest.Another 167 migrant workers were selected for scale validity test,and the Life Satisfaction Scale(LSS)and Multi-ethnic Identity Scale(MEIM-R)were used as scale validity tools.Results:The UPISMW consists of 9 items,including 3 factors of identity,social identity and social perception.The content validity index of the scale and the items were all above 0.9,and the total variation of the three factors was 66.94%.The model fit was good(χ^(2)/DF=1.916,RMSEA=0.049,RMR=0.024,GFI=0.976,AGFI=0.952,CFI=0.980,IFI=0.980),STD of all three factors were above 0.6.AVE were all greater than 0.5,and the 95%confidence interval of correlation coefficient did not include 1.The total score of the scale and the scores of the three factors were significantly positively correlated with LSS and GSES(ICC=0.56-0.77).The Cronbachαcoefficients of the total scale and the three factors were 0.83,0.79,0.74 and 0.74.The constituent reliabilities(CR)were 0.75,0.77,and 0.75.The retest reliabilities were 0.98,0.95,0.93,and 0.96.Conclusion:The Urban Psychological Integration Scale for Migrant Workers(UPISMW)shows good validity and reliability.
