摘要：中国实现全面建设小康社会的目标拥有许多有利因素。维持稳定的社会秩序是全面建设小康社会的前提条件,教育和人才是重要基础,建设的关键在农村和西部,大力发展经济是首要任务,基本途径是促使三大文明协调发展,加强和改进党的建设是根本保障。全面建设小康社会需要继续贯彻执行韬光养晦的外交战略,建设一支战无不胜的人民武装是坚强后盾。
T5Lots of favorable conditions have preliminarily enabled our sure way to realize a moderately welloff society.Firstly,stable social order is the precondition with education and professionals as the base. Secondly,the key part for construction lies in the countryside and the west,with economy as its first task.Thirdly,codevelopment of three civilizations works as the basic means by reinforcing Party construction.Lastly,diplomatic strategy of patience needs to be continually carried out,and invincible armed forces will ensure solid backup.
