摘要：大学生就业能力主要包括核心就业能力和基础就业能力。核心就业能力包括良好的思想道德素质、扎实的科学文化素质、学习的能力、创新能力,基础就业能力主要指毕业生的语言及文字表达能力、实际动手能力、人际沟通能力与交往能力、团队精神、良好的身心素质、环境适应能力等。提高大学生就业能力,学生自身要提升思想道德修养,提高学习能力,注意构建合理的知识结构,并围绕社会需求进行知识重组,建立合理的职业生涯规划。学校方面要加快教育教学改革,强化学生各项基础能力的锻炼,注重学生综合素质的培养,加强大学生创业教育,加强大学生职业指导。
College students＇ employment ability mainly includes core employment ability and basic employment ability. The former consists of acceptable standards of ideology and morality, sound scientific knowledge, learning ability, and innovative abil- ity. The latter composes of language and expression ability, practical ability, interpersonal communication ability, team spirit, good temperament, and environmental-adaptaton ability. To improve college students＇ employment ability, the students them- selves should promote their quality of ideological and moral standards and their ability of learningl. At the same time, they should construct reasonable knowledge structure and rerganize their knowledge on the basis of social demands. On the other hand, the colleges should quicken the reform of education and teaching, strengthen the students＇ various basic skills, and put more focus on the education of students＇ enterprises and on the vocational guidance.
