摘要：本文基于对河南省261户重点企业的问卷调查,从创新经费等四个方面实证研究了企业内部因素对技术创新的影响。研究发现,创新经费、创新体系、员工支持与企业技术创新显著正相关,组织沟通与技术创新也存在一定的正相关关系。根据研究结论,最后提出了提高企业技术创新能力的对策建议。
Based on questionnaire research on 261 important enterprises in Henan Province, this paper studied empirically enterprises＇ internal factors affect technology innovation from four aspects, such as innovation outlay, etc.. The results indicate that innovation outlay, innovation system and sustain of employee have prominent positive influence on enterprises＇ technology innovation, internal communication of organization also have partial positive influence. Based on conclusion, countermeasures in order to optimize enterprises innovation ability were put forward.
