摘要:光电子产业存在"多技术融合",创新网络节点包括企业、科研机构和中介。中国光电子产业创新存在整体技术弱势和局部技术优势。中国科研机构和企业并非光电子产业创新的核心节点。上海市光电子产业存在资本输入、本地科研机构和中介组织引导等创新网络雏形,但核心节点结网能力较低、结网意愿不足,核心节点创新能力低。中国光电子产业和科研缺乏各级政府的专业化支持。应鼓励专业中介组织发挥桥梁作用,提升创新网络氛围。
Multi -technological convergence of photonic industry decides the criticalness of network innovation, and the start of network innovation is the key knots of local enterprises, research institutes or government intermediaries. The devel- opment of China' s photonic industry gives but only weak positions with partial technological advantage. The research pow- er and enterprises should but have not played key role in the construction of innovation network. Shanghai, as the model city of China' s photonic industry, has the prototype of multi - core innovation network derived from capital infusion, local research institute push and intermediaries direct. Though, the low capacity of network fabrication and lack of network willing lead to insufficient core knots. The development of photonics in China depends largely on the construction of R&D centered innovation network, with specialized government support and agencies- mediation.
