摘要：入世后,企业之间的竞争已不是产品市场选择的竞争,而是企业内部资源与能力的竞争,尤其是企业的核心竞争力的竞争。通过对有关企业核心竞争力的理论分析,提出了企业核心竞争力评价模型;并运用该模型对H省企业的核心竞争力状况进行了分析和评价。
After entering WTO, competition of business mainly consists in terms of business＇ resources and capabilities, especially in business core competences. It is necessary that enterprises should assess the state of its core competences. This needs a assessment model of business core competences. This paper has put forward a assessment model of business core competences based on reviewing the theories of enterprise core competences.
