摘要：教育现代化的实现离不开教育技术的现代化。现代教育技术是实现教育现代化的必备条件 ;是培养未来创造型人才的重要手段 ;是素质教育、终身教育实施的保证。因此 ,必须对现代教育技术在当前教育改革中应有的地位和所起的作用有明晰的思路和清醒的认识。
The engendering and developing of the modern educational technology effects the transform and development of the education and the teaching throughout. It is one of the basic conditions for realizing the educational modernization and it is the very important means for training the personnel with creativity in future. Meanwhile, it is the powerful and main graratee for the qualification education and the lifelong education.
