摘要：加入WTO对河南农业的影响深远 ,并激化了各种矛盾。造成严重冲击的原因是农户小规模粮食生产不具优势。要抓住入世机遇 ,推动河南农业发展 ,就需要发挥比较优势 ,发展劳动密集型农产品生产。因此 ,要实施“科技进步、结构调整和农民合作”三位一体的农业发展战略。
China's entry into the WTO will exert a profound impact on the agriculture in Henan Province and thus conflicts will be intensified. The disadvantage lies in the small scale of food production. We must make full use of our competitive advantage to develop labor-intensive products and undertake the development strategy of 'scientific and technological advancement, structural adjustment and peasant cooperation'.
