摘要：基于CES函数模型及综合区位商的方法,选取1998—2013年相关数据,对河南省产业集聚区的集聚效应进行实证研究。结果显示:2009年以后河南省产业集聚区已经显现一定的产业集聚效应及集群态势。但值得注意的是,近两年产业集聚效应却出现下降趋势,而且在装备制造、化工和汽车及零部件等主导产业领域尚未形成明显的集聚优势。据此在产业承接、产业布局、产业关联及产业集群等方面提出相关政策建议。
Based on CES function model and comprehensive location quotient, an agglomeration effect of industry cluster zones in Henan is studied empirically by selecting related data from 1998 to 2013. The results show that the industrial agglomeration and clustering effect of industry cluster zones in Henan have begun to show to a certain degree since 2009. However, it is worth noting that the industrial agglomeration effect trends to decline in recent years. Moreover, in leading industry fields, such as, equipment manufacture, chemical industry, and motor vehicle and parts, the obvious agglomeration advantage has not been formed yet. Accordingly, relevant policy recommendations are put forward with respect to the industrial undertaking,industry association,and industry cluster, ect.
