摘要：基于我国2004~2018年30个省份的面板数据,实证检验了城乡高质量融合发展对土地利用效率的影响。结果表明:城乡高质量融合发展能促进土地利用效率提升,控制变量人力资本水平的提升能显著促进土地利用效率的提高,政府干预程度及土地市场化水平对土地利用效率的影响为负,外商投资水平与科技发展水平对土地利用效率的影响不显著;城乡产业结构、城乡基础设施和城乡要素流动在城乡高质量融合发展影响土地利用效率过程中表现为正向促进作用。基于以上分析,提出在城乡高质量融合发展中要推动城乡产业结构优化升级、促进城乡要素自由流动、完善城乡基础设施建设从而提升土地利用效率的对策建议。
Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018, this paper empirically tests the impact of high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas on land use efficiency. The results show that: high quality integrated development of urban and rural areas can promote the improvement of land use efficiency, and the improvement of human capital level can significantly promote the improvement of land use efficiency. Government behavior and land marketization level have negative effects on land use efficiency, while foreign investment level and scientific and technological development level have no significant effects on land use efficiency;urban and rural industrial structure and urban and rural infrastructure and urban-rural factor flow factors play a positive role in the process of high-quality integration of urban and rural development affecting land use efficiency. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization and upgrading of urban and rural industrial structure, promote the free flow of urban and rural elements, and improve the urban and rural infrastructure construction in order to improve the land use efficiency.
