摘要：在我国 ,债权托管已成为政府化解金融风险存量的一种手段 ,但它仍只是被作为一种在特殊时期(金融风险积聚到严重的程度 )由政府出面 (即以政府作为委托方 )进行的集中处理不良债权的特殊方法。事实上 ,债权托管应有其更广泛的应用空间 。
In our country, the government has taken the management consignment as a means of dissolving the financial risks. In fact, management consignment of creditor's rights is not only a special way for the government to tackle the existing financial risks during special periods, but also a common practice for certain banks to dissolve the increasing financial risks.
