摘要：笔者以上海、新疆、山东三地区205家企业高层管理人员为研究对象,对问卷调查所获得的数据进行层级回归分析,研究结果表明:变革型领导行为和组织学习倾向对技术创新能力具有显著正向影响;组织学习倾向在变革型领导行为与技术创新能力之间起着中介作用;通过组织学习来提升企业技术创新能力在行业之间存在差异性,制造业企业中组织学习倾向对技术创新能力的影响更强,而在服务业企业中组织学习倾向对技术创新能力的影响相对较弱。
This paper gets the samples of 205 senior managers from Shanghai,Xinjiang,Shandong. Hierarchical regression analyses on the research data shows that： transformational leadership behavior and learning orientation have a significantly positive impact on the technological innovation; the learning orientation plays fully mediating roles between the transformational leadership behavior and the technological innovation. There are differences existing in different industries as to how to use organizational learning to promote enterprise technology innovation ability in the industry,organizational learning in manufacturing enterprises tend to have a stronger influence on technology innovation ability while in the service sector companies,the influence is weaker.
