摘要：习近平总书记提出的社会主义市场经济条件下的新型举国体制,将社会主义能够集中力量办大事的优势同社会主义市场经济的活力结合起来,形成了全国一盘棋的合力优势,创造资源配置的新形式,是中国特色社会主义的机制创新和理论创新。仅就经济社会和科技创新而言,新型举国体制充分体现了社会主义制度的比较优势,匹配了新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设这一历史性巨大系统工程的需要,凸显了中国式现代化特点,发展了马克思主义中国化资源配置理论,开拓了中国特色社会主义政治经济学的新篇章。
The new national system proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping under the conditions of the socialist market economy combines the advantages of socialism in concentrating its strength to do major events with the vitality of the socialist market economy,forming a new synergy advantage of national unity and cooperation.It has created a new form of resource allocation and is a mechanism innovation and theoretical innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As far as economic,social,and technological innovations are concerned,the new nationwide system fully reflects the comparative advantages of the socialist system and meets the needs of China’s new era of socialist modernization,a huge historical and systematic project.It also embodies the characteristics of China’s modernization and develops the Marxist Sinicized Resource Allocation Theory,which should be regarded as a new chapter in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
