摘要：政府部门特征、双方关系特征和制度特征都是影响非政府组织对政府信任的重要因素。通过对政府声誉、政府能力、交往经验、沟通、制度的公正与正义性、制度的完备与有效性与信任之间的相关分析和回归分析,分析了政府声誉、政府能力、交往经验、沟通、制度的公正与正义性、制度的完备与有效性对政府信任的影响。当然,影响非政府组织对政府部门信任的因素还包括非政府组织特征等,研究模型可以进一步扩展,更全面地考察非政府组织与政府部门间的信任形成机制。
Government department characteristics, relational characteristics and institutional characteristics are important factors. In order to reveal the affect that government department characteristics, relational characteristics and institutional characteristics give to the gov- ernment trust, the author used correlation analysis and regression analysis to analysis the relationship between government reputation, government ability, interaction experiences, communication, institutional fairness and justice and institutional completeness and effectiveness and the government trust. Certainly, there are some other reasons which affect the trust between NGO and government department, including NGO characteristics. Thus, the model may be expanded to research on the trust mechanism between NGO and government department.
