摘要：农民对新农村建设的认知和意愿客观反映当前农业生产力进步和农村社会经济发展的要求,在新农村建设的生产、生活、乡风、村容和管理五个方面,农民最关注农业技术、住房条件、家庭关系、道路平整和民主选举。从实际出发推进新农村建设,发挥农民的主体作用,要遵从农民意愿,解决农业和农村发展所面临的问题,发展农业生产,增加农民收入,加强基础设施和制度建设。
Farmers` knowledge and desire objectively image the demand of agriculture production force advancement and rural socioeconomic development.The New Countryside Building includes production,living,countryside customs,village appearance and administration,while farmers mostly pay attention to agricultural technology,housing condition,family relation,road improvement,and democratic election.Pushing New Countryside Building on conforming to practicality and bring farmers` subject role into play,to understand and satisfy all demand of farmers by solving the problems obstructing agriculture and rural development,to develop agriculture production,increase farmer's income,and strengthen infrastructure and institute building.
