摘要：随着城市化的推进和人口流动的加快,农村老龄化加剧,家庭养老功能弱化,农村养老问题日益严峻和紧迫。这种影响具体表现为生活照料优势丧失、家庭互助功能不堪重负、精神慰藉缺乏等。与此同时,现阶段社会养老由于受精神慰藉缺乏、养老待遇低和思想观念还未转换等问题的制约,并不能满足当前农村养老的现实需求。因此,需要创新农村养老制度,积极发挥合力,大力发展居家养老。
With the advancement of urbanization and the acceleration of population mobility, rural aging has intensified, family pension functions have weakened, and rural pensions issues have become increasingly severe and urgent. This effect is manifested in the loss of the advantage of life care, the overwhelmed family mutual assistance function, and the lack of spiritual comfort. At the same time, due to the lack of spiritual comfort, low pension benefits and unconverted ideological concepts, the current social elderly care cannot meet the current needs of rural elderly care. It is necessary to innovate the rural elderly care system, actively exert joint efforts, and vigorously develop home care.
