摘要:制造业碳减排事关绿色发展与生态文明建设。利用我国2009—2018年制造业27个细分行业的面板数据,在测算制造业技术进步偏向指数和碳排放基础上,运用面板回归模型和GMM动态面板模型对FDI引入、技术进步偏向与碳排放间的内在影响机理进行实证分析。研究发现:FDI通过技术溢出、技术进步偏向等影响制造业的碳排放;FDI引入对我国制造业碳排放的整体影响为负相关关系,资本密集型制造业相较制造业整体,其FDI引入和技术进步偏向的交互项与碳排放显著正相关,表明FDI通过要素积累效应使技术进步方向偏向资本的程度进一步加深,对碳排放的促进作用更大,而对劳动密集型制造业二者的交互项系数并不显著;与常规认识不同的另一发现是,在样本期间,研发投入对制造业整体、资本密集型制造业和劳动密集型制造业均表现出与碳排放正相关,且劳动密集型制造业的研发增加反而促进碳排放量更多。基于上述研究,提出促进制造业高质量发展的相应建议。
Carbon emission reduction of manufacturing industry is related to green development and ecological civilization construction. Based on the inherent requirement of manufacturing high quality development, the use of 2009-2018 data of 27 niche manufacturing industry of our country, in measuring the manufacturing technology progress deviation index and carbon emissions, based on the regression model and GMM dynamic panel model, the influence of FDI introduction, technological progress bias and carbon emissions is demonstrated empirically.The research finds that the technology spillover effect and technology progress bias introduced by FDI affect the carbon emission of the manufacturing industry. The overall impact of FDI introduction on China’s manufacturing carbon emissions is negatively correlated. Capital-intensive manufacturing industry compared with manufacturing industry as a whole, the interaction of FDI and technological progress bias with carbon emissions is significantly related to the accumulation effect shows that FDI technological progress direction is to further deepen the degree of capital, and the interaction coefficient of labor-intensive industry is not significant;In terms of R&D input, the overall manufacturing industry, capital-intensive industries and labor-intensive industries are positively correlated with carbon emissions in the sample period, and the increase of R&D in labor-intensive industries promotes more carbon emissions. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
