摘要：符号学理论在舆情事件研究中的运用尚属少数,并且多以话语文本分析的方式呈现。而本文通过对＂湘潭产妇死亡事件＂进行深度挖掘,在该事件所涉及的四个关键事件主体之间构建格雷马斯符号学矩阵,力图通过符号学的分析方法解读该舆情事件。同时,运用＂刺点＂理论和＂情境式危机传播＂理论的方法,分析新闻媒体、政府部门对公共卫生事件的应对措施并思考。研究结果表明,地方政府部门应当在平时加强地方媒体的建设,建立与民众的信任,化解政府部门与受害民众之间的矛盾关系,重视危机公关专门人才的培养,最终才能够依靠自己更高效地完成舆论导向工作。
Semiotics theory was used less in the study of public feeling＇s affairs,and it always seems to be the text analysis in the research. In this paper,through the depth dig to the maternal＇s death in Xiangtan,we try to analysis this event through semiotics method by building the sign matrix between the four key objects involved in the public opinion event. At the same time,we use the theoryof ‘punctum＇and‘situational crisis communication＇to analysis the measures for the public health emergencies used by the news media and the government. The research result shows that,local government should strengthen the construction of local media establishment and public trust,resolve the contradiction between the government departments and the victims,and be attention to the cultivation of crisis public relations professionals,finally they can rely on their opinion work done more efficiently.
