摘要:This paper proposes an identitybased signature scheme which uses lattice basis delegation with fixeddimension technique for extracting users' secret key, and hence achieves short secret-keys and short signatures. The security of the new proposed scheme is proved in the random oracle mode. Using the new scheme, this paper proposes an optimistic contract signing protocol. ? 2013 ICIC International.
