摘要："占领华尔街"运动是美国20世纪70年代以来规模最大、扩散范围最广的抗议活动。国外学者对美国的金融制度、社会及阶层的收入分配差距、失业危机、资本主义治理结构及资本主义基本矛盾进行了深刻反思和批判,认为"占领华尔街"运动应被理解为资本主义的制度危机,资本主义国家必须再作出重大转型和调整。
'Occupy Wall Street' is the first large-scale and wide spreading range protests since the 1970s in the U.S.Even many left wing representatives and organizations came and show solidarity with the protesters.With profound review and critics of the American financial system,social and classical income distribution gap,unemployment crisis,governance structure and basic contradictions of capitalism,foreign scholars claim that the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement to be regarded as capitalist constitutional crisis while capitalist countries should take great transformations and adjustment.
