摘要：分析了中部地区发展企业集团的现状、问题及其原因,提出了中部地区发展企业集团的对策,即通过完善公司治理结构、优化企业规模、加强技术创新和内部管理等项内容,带动中部地区经济发展,提高中部地区企业的整体竞争水平,实现为国家战略重点西移提供支点的战略目标。
This paper analyzes the presents condition, problems and its reasons of developing enterprise group in central part region of China, and brings up the counterplans of developing enterprise group, such as perfecting enterprise managing construction and scale construcition, strengthening technical innovation and internal management, and so on, so as to realize the strategic target of leading the economy development in central part region of China, and increasing the compete level of the whole enterprise, and providing support for shifting the country strategic point to the west.
