摘要：河南省作为中部地区经济大省,在承接国际产业转移方面的优势并不明显,为了进一步扩大河南省的外商直接投资,必须缩小影响河南省外商直接投资的因素如市场规模、市场化程度、人力资本、科技经费支出等和中部其他省份之间的差距,同时要构建外商直接投资的系统营销方式。
Henan Province is on the top of GDP ranking in central region, but the advantage of accepting international industry transfer is not obvious. In order to increase FDI in Henan Province, it must shorten gap of influence factor of FDI between Henan Province and the other provinces in central region, such as market size, levels of marketization, human capital, Sci-Teeh funds expenditure, and develop systemic modes of operation and marketing of FDI.
