摘要：随着现代信息技术日新月异的发展,传统的教学理念、考核方式已经远不能适应成长于"互联网+"时代的"新一代"学子。根据高等职业教育以培养高素质技术技能人才的目标定位,以学生的成长和发展为中心,更新教育理念,创新考核与评价激励机制和方法,拆除滞后的教学管理"围墙",客观评价学生的学业水平,充分调动学生学习的积极性和创造性,全方位提高教学质量。
With the rapid development of modern information technology,traditional teaching ideas and assessment methods are already not applicable to "new-generation" students growing up in the "Internet+" era.According to the objective of higher vocational education to cultivate high-quality highly-skilled personnel,it is imperative to,centering on students' growth and development,renew educational idea,innovate assessment & evaluation incentive mechanism and method,tear down the "walls" of lagging teaching management,objectively evaluate students' academic level,and fully mobilize students' learning initiative and creativity,thereby improving the teaching quality in an all-around way.
