摘要：本文利用Feenstra和Hanson提出的分析框架,建立一个研究中国加工装配活动中生产控制模式的博弈模型,认为合约的不完全程度、资产专用性程度和谈判权力是影响中国加工企业生产控制模式的重要因素。本文还得出了产业特征和生产率水平也是影响生产控制模式的重要因素的结论。借助新的理论假说,本文对中国沿海省区和内陆省区以及不同产业存在的生产控制模式的巨大差异进行了解释。
With the Feenstra-Hanson's framework,this paper develops a new game model on the patterns of produc- tion control of processing enterprise in China.This paper finds that degree of imperfect contract,degree of cap- ital specificity and bargaining power are the main factors influencing the patterns of production control.This pa- per also finds that industrial characteristic and productivity affect the patterns.This paper explains theoretically the large difference of the patterns between the coastal and inland area,and of the patterns among different industries.
