摘要：随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深入,就业问题逐渐转化为一个重大的社会问题、经济问题和政治问题。我国的就业问题从性质上来看既是总量矛盾又是结构性问题。面对人口大国的现状,从历史原因、制度创新效应、发展性因素、供求匹配原因等四个主要方面探究了造成我国就业压力的根本性原因。并且根据发达国家解决就业问题的成功经验和我国的特殊国情,针对不同的原因从宏观和微观的角度提出了解决就业压力的途径。以期为宏观决策者提供一条解决问题的途径。
Along with the development of economy our country, employment problem become an important social problem with the graveness economic problem and political issue. This text is from the history the reason, system innovation effect, development factor, supply to match four main aspects to discuss the reason of our country employment pressure. Point to the different reason, I bring up the solution of employment pressure from different angle of the macro view and the micro view.
