摘要：在员额制和自侦转隶的双重改革背景下,检察室的存在状态和职能也面临着变革。检察院派驻基层检察室的存在,是检察权的自然延伸。在形式上,除了实体性检察室外,还应该大力拓展虚拟检察室的空间。对检察室的职能进行重构时,应着重发挥其在民行检察执法监督、执行监督、侦查监督、辅助起诉等方面的作用。
With the dual effect of the district attorney's system and transference of the procuratorial investigation power,the existing state and function of the grass-roots attorney room are also changing. The existence of the district attorney's system is the natural extension of the procuratorial power. In the form,except the substantive attorney room,the space of the virtual attorney room should be vigorously expanded. When reconstructing the function of the attorney room,we should focus on the function of the supervision of public procuratorial law enforcement,the execution supervision,the investigation supervision and supplementary prosecution.
