摘要：核心知识的生产与获取决定了创新传播效度。知识认知与传播属性的不同将导致创新类型差异,因此,需要基于知识属性的差异来建设不同区域与技术的创新体系。剖析与借鉴美国与日本创新体系建设的经验和教训,提出创新战略与政策需依据不同技术产业的知识生产与需求特征来制定。完善知识传播通道与环境、培养拥有高复杂性与高隐秘性知识的创新主体是建设创新体系的基本方向。
The key to actor networking in Innovation System lies in the production and moving of core knowledge.Based on the classification of knowledge attributes,and the analysis on different innovation modes,the findings recommend a tailored Innovation System for varied industries and technologies.With experiences and lessons from Japan and US,the policy implication lies in the fluent diffusion of knowledge,and production of complex knowledge with high stickiness.
