摘要：根据河南省18个县市农户采用节水灌溉技术情况的调查数据,运用Logit模型分析了农户采用节水灌溉技术的影响因素。结果表明,水资源稀缺程度、政府的资金补贴、水费计量标准、户主性别、年龄、打工经历等对农户采用节水灌溉技术有显著影响。因此要促使农户采用节水灌溉技术,需要政府加大对节水灌溉技术采用户的资金补贴,实行合理的水费计量标准等。
The writer analyzes the factors influencing the farmers＇ adopting the water-saving irrigation technologies the survey data of the eighteen counties of Henan. The results show that water scarcity, the government＇s funds subsidies, irrigation water measurement standards, the sex of head of the household, age, work experience have significant impacts. Therefore, in order to promote the adopting of the water-saving technologies, the government＇s policy guidance and support should be maintained and strengthened, Such as to increase the intensity of funds subsidies, and to implement the reasonable water measurement standards, etc.
