摘要：青少年网络伦理失范已成为社会的一大公害,也是构建和谐社会的一大桎梏,因此加强网络伦理的理论建设,改变青少年网络价值观、人生观、世界观,把诚信教育与增强法制观念有机结合起来,构建科学的网络教育阵地已成为当务之急。通过分析网络伦理失范的成因,以期为青少年科学合理地利用网络提供一个决策平台。
Young people＇ s deviating from the norm of network ethics has become the public damage to the society and a barrier of building the harmonious society. So,it＇ s necessary to strengthen the theory construction of network ethics to change the young people＇ s values, outlook on life and world outlook. It＇s necessary to connect good faith education and the enhancement of law organically, too. By explaining the origin of young people＇ s deviating from the norm of network ethics, the article gives the young people a platform of using network scientifically and reasonably.
