摘要:南昌体育中心游泳馆屋盖采用大跨度空间钢桁架结构,为了对其施工拆撑过程中的应力和挠度进行研究,确保拟定的施工方案满足施工要求,基于等效杆端位移法,采用MIDAS/Gen有限元软件对其拆撑全过程进行仿真分析。根据实际施工方案,将拆撑过程分为4个阶段,详细分析了屋盖及临时支撑结构的应力、应变变化及分布规律。结果表明:该施工方案不会引起钢结构挠度和应力的突变,满足设计及GB50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》的要求。
The long-span space steel truss structure is used for the roof of the swimming hall of Nanchang Sports Center.In order to study the stress and deflection during the removing temporary supporting process and ensure that the proposed construction scheme can meet the safety requirements,on the basis of the equivalent rod end displacement method,a simulation analysis of the entire process of removing supporting temporary was performed by using the MIDAS/Gen FEM software.According to the actual construction scheme,the temporary supporting removed process was divided into four stages.The stress and strain changes and distribution laws of the roof and temporary support structure were analyzed in detail.The results showed that the construction scheme would not cause abrupt changes in the deflection and stress of the steel structure,and could meet the requirements of design and Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017—2003).
