摘要：农业是弱质性产业,这种弱质性在生产领域、消费领域和交换领域导致最初的农业衰微。但是,最初衰微的农业经过政府主导型财政支农、市场跟进型金融助农和企业反哺型工业强农这些后天强势化改造,最终能够将落后的传统农业改造成先进的现代农业。
The agriculture is a feeble industry. The feebleness can lead to the initial decline in the fields of agricultural production, consumption and exchange. However, the weak traditional agriculture can be reformed into a modem one with financial support mainly from the government, marked-based banking support and industrial re-feeding.
