摘要：中小企业融资问题是世界各国共同关注的问题 ,之所以如此 ,是因为中小企业在国民经济体系当中具有不可替代的地位。我们应该分析和借鉴美国、英国、日本等发达国家中小企业融资支持体系 。
The issue of small and medium-sized business financial backing is concerned worldwide, which is also a problem concerned by Chinese government, because small businesses play a more and more important role in the national economy. In the developed countries, such as THE USA, UK, Japan, there are lots of successful experiences and cases in backing up small and medium-sized businesses, which can give us use for reference in establishing China's small and medium-sized business financing system.
